1. The service

2. Accounts & eligibility

• Accounts are created by a school administrator or by us on a school's behalf.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.
• You must be authorised by your school to use the Platform in your role.

3. School & user responsibilities

• Each school is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the data it enters, including obtaining any consents required to add student, parent and staff information.
• You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
• You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate school-administration purposes.

4. Subscription & fees

Use of the Platform by a school may be subject to subscription or licensing fees and usage limits agreed with us. Non-payment or exceeding agreed limits may result in restricted (read-only) access or suspension. Any online fee payments collected by a school from parents are processed through third-party payment gateways and are between the school and the payer; we are not a party to those transactions.

5. Data ownership

A school's data (including student, staff and financial records it enters) belongs to that school. We process this data on the school's behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell school or student data.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform software, design and content (excluding school data) are owned by [Your Registered Legal Name]and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

8. Availability & disclaimers

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Platform or its users. A school may stop using the Platform at any time; on termination we will, on request and within a reasonable period, provide an export of the school's data and then delete it in line with our retention practices.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], India.
